Kuhlkin Company Overview
The hierarchy of our team includes Scott Kuhlkin, our company president. He has been involved in the Charlotte, NC homebuilding industry for the past 25 years. He also handles sales and estimating. Our general manager ensures that all standards and procedures are being enforced. Our project coordinator handles all the scheduling, subcontracts, special orders and works directly with the client on selections. Each job has a project manager on site everyday handling the day-to-day operations.
