Master Site Plan
Our master plan includes a proposed 30 acres of open space or untouched lakeside forest to protect the natural beauty of this waterfront oasis. Handsmill residents will enjoy cool shaded summers, wild birdcalls and natural protected shoreline. At Handsmill, there are true waterfront home sites and sites that are just a stones throw from the lake and all of the amenities. Future phases will include a Neighborhood Retail Village and more Intimate Lake Residential Settings.
